YSL TOUCHE ECLAT BLUR PRIMER SKIN
Glitter and oily skin don't mix-discoball head is imminent. It has an odd applicator, and is filled with tiny gold flecks, which I'm sorry, I haven't voluntarily worn glitter on my face since I was eight. Upon first glance, the YSL Blur Primer is kind of a no-go. Well, that sentiment changed tenfold, when I got to try out both the YSL Touch Éclat Blur Perfector, and the Blur Primer, and I'm never looking back.Primers as I've mentioned, can be pretty hit or miss for me-with oily skin, I have found that mattifying primers do the trick for helping to control excess oil, but in exchange for oil control, you also look like you're wearing a mask all of the natural glow is gone, and you're left with a poreless, yet cakey appearance: why is it so hard to have both oil control and luminance? I know that oily skin can be difficult to formulate products for, but, is our fate to forever look like scary porcelain dolls? Maybe not. I was beginning to question if primers were even necessary, or if they were just another product brands produce to make extra money.

Recently, I'd all but given up on makeup primers I was tired of not being wowed, or seeing a dramatic difference from when I used them, and when I didn't.
